Capsule vpn on macOS 26 isseus

Hello,

We are experiencing a problem with constant disconnections and reconnections on MacOS Tahoe 26.0 (25A354) when using Check Point Capsule Connect 1.600.138 from the App Store.

I do not understand this issue - Check Point Capsule Connect 1.600.138  is a client for iOS, not for Mac OS X, see sk69540: Check Point Capsule Connect application - Layer-3 VPN for Apple iPhone and iPad ! Also, latest Mac OS X RA VPN client E98 / E88.70 are supported with macOS Sequoia (15.xx) only !

Macs with an Apple Silicon chip can load and run iPad apps.
Note the following, however:

Given the client was last updated before Tahoe was released and this leverages an OS-level component, it may be this client doesn't work properly on an iPad either.
I would confirm this on an iPad (or iPhone) with Tahoe installed.

Having said that, fairly certain this client is not formally supported on macOS.

I understand that capsule is for iOS, not macOS. But since our users actively use it, I decided to ask the community if there is any way to fix the situation.

Given Capsule VPN hasn't been updated since iOS 26 was released (or even in Developer EA), I suspect a general compatibility issue with iOS/macOS Tahoe.
To confirm this, try to connect from an iPhone or iPad upgraded to iOS 26 and see if you see similar issues.
If so, this should be reported to TAC and, more than likely, the fixed version will also work on the Mac.

Otherwise, this is unsupported/RFE territory.

Thank you for your reply. It works fine on iOS 26 on iPhone. The problem is specifically on macOS 26.
