Access to VPN User

Hello,

I have some users work from home and they can access internal resources using VPN Client, but why i'm not able to RDP to the user, ping result also time out? There any special configuration the the security gateway how we can access the user via vpn?

I can do, so it is possible.
What do you see in the logfiles? accept/drop

I'm using Office Mode.

Global Properties > Remote Access > Enable Back Connections has to be set, and rulebase must allow the connection.

Funny, first I thougt the same, but "Enable Back Connections" is disabled in my case.
But it's worth to try.

The problem was fixed, when i check traffic from VPN pool is natted so the real vpn ip is not reachable from LAN.
