Little encouragement on Sunday

I wanted to share something that happened to me today, because I believe that no matter the situation, we should ALWAYS try our best to help others. 

So I went biking and as I was passing mother and her 2 kids, one of them lost balance and ended up in a little bush on the side of the road and started crying, but its good I had bandaids and some alcohol in my murse as kids call it (aka fanny pack or man purse LOL).

Anyway, we took care of little kid's injuries and her mom says to me "Om, Im really grateful to you, can I please give you some money?", I started laughing, cause I would never take money for that from anyone, but funny part was when she asked me what I did for living and I said IT and sho goes "Hm, no offense, I always thought IT people are kind of rigid, but you proved me wrong" 🤣🤣🤣

It always reminds me of whenever something terrible happens around the world (like this horrific incident in my own country Canada, in Vancouver), that as great Mahatma Gandhi once said "You must not lose faith in humanity. Humanity is an ocean; if a few drops of the ocean are dirty, the ocean does not become dirty"

As legendary Martin Luther King (MLK) once also said ""Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere"

So, as I always encourage people, always at least TRY...even if you fail, you can keep trying.
