Sandblast Mobile Collect logs for iOS
Hi,
I haven't been able to find any ways to collect logs in Sandblast Mobile running iOS 13.1.2
I am running Sandblast Mobile ver. 3.6.0.4602/NP 3.5.580.
Having issues streaming Netflix movies from the iOS Netflix app to AppleTV.
When having Network Protection enabled I and my users experiencing issues streaming movies to AppleTV. When Network Protection disabled (disable VPN) on iOS streaming works but as soon Network Protection are enabled problem starts again. Guess the vpn (local hosts) are interfering while streaming.
Any suggestions?
Thanks
Kim

I have already involved TAC on this case.
They to asked me to collect logs but nothing happens when I report a problem from the application.
Was told Sandblast Mobile Dashboard manager receives these logs so now I have to reproduce problem again.
In the meanwhile I found out from the latest release note.
Report a Problem Enhancement Many customers have users who do not have the native email client configured or need to send logs through a partner How it works:
• Emails address of Report a problem feature can be customized so device users will send reports about SandBlast Mobile application issues to corporate email (by contacting Check Point Support).
• Customers with no native email client configured on iOS devices will be able to share logs with Check Point.
This means to me because I am using e-mail client other than the native I am not able to collect logs by myself and e-mail the logs to my own e-mail account to be able to add the collected logs to TAC case.
Maybe as a test I would be able to enable the native e-mail client while testing and figuring out this issue.
Thanks
Kim

I would rather involve TAC to resolve the issue...
