SBM 3.7 - Importing a List of Whitelisted/Blacklisted Domains - CSV template

Hello,

I wonder is there some reference CSV file for "Importing a List of Whitelisted/Blacklisted Domains" ? What headers should be used?

I couldn't find that information in the new documentation.
