Error registering Harmony Mobile Protect app in Android Personal Profile

Hello.

I have to start implementing Harmony Mobile for my company.

I am testing Android Personal with Work Profile.

In the work profile I install the Harmony Mobile client correctly, but if I install it in the Personal profile I get an error when registering: error 509, the registry key is wrong. As you know this part of the registration is done through the app in the work profile.

I send a sceen shot but it is in Spanish language.

 

I would apreciate any help.

Thanks Phoneboy. I am using version 4.2 so it is not the case. I will open a TAC a you recommend.
