Capsule Mail

Hi All,

CP 77.30

User with iPhone 13(iOS 16.2) not have "Mail" app in Capsule Workspace(1011.0.25)

Another user with iPhone 8 have  "Mail" app in Capsule.

Mobile Access policy rule for both users is the same.

Capsule Workspace settings have only Default Profile.

How we can add "Mail" app for the user with iPhone 13?

Problem is solved by adding Email-address to user object.

I suggest opening a ticket with TAC for this.

Please also note that R77.30 is well and truly end of support at this stage and you should consider upgrading.

Guys are right. Chances TAC would help you on R77.30 are literally non-existent and your best bet is to upgrade to supported version, which is currently I believe R80.40

Having said that, I dont believe this is a version issue, because I just tested with my iphone 13 on R81.10 fw version and it was exact same problem, so I have a feeling its not fw problem, but rather the app on ios 16.xx

You may want to follow below sk and see if it yields anything useful as far as long if you are not able to upgrade any time soon.
