where to check throughput based on the number of cores

Hi we are deplying the Checkpoint Cloudguard IASS in HA for ver R80.10. Where I can get the troughput information for the different azure vm type ? (D3 V2 D4 V2 etc ) and what are the license requiremnet ?

The performance should be the same as for R77.30. Licensing is based on number of cores of the different instance types.
