Approval Cycle for Sessions
So I configured approval process as per documentation in R81.20 JHF41, and it worked fine (for few days), but now reports are empty displaying "loading" only. Has anyone experienced this behavior?
The problem is that I can't find any documentation about relevant processes or files I could check on management server. Obviously management reboot doesn't help at this point.
TAC case is registered, but doesn't seem to get any traction. In fact some engineers were surprised that SmartWorkflow is back 😄
