"Log server is disconnected" message in SmartConsole

Hi Masters!

I hope you good today Chiefs!

Im with this error in smatconsole R81.10! Could you please Guys help!

Please provide more details - is this a stand-alone log server or how is it deployed ?

Which Jumbo hotfix is the management installed with?

Was this a recent upgrade from an earlier version?

I believe what @Chris_Atkinson gave you will work, but if it hates you to go through it, possibly cpstop; cpstart or reboot of the mgmt server may also fix it.

Like in other cases, the problem presented lacks of details, therefore we can't do to much.

Chris pointed you to an SK that would guide you where to look and what to do, but you didn't say if you applied anything from there.  

In my case, I have to restart the indexing service, and all is good afterwards....

Restart the process of "Log indexing" by running:

-For Smart management server run the following.
[Expert@HostName:0]# evstop
[Expert@HostName:0]# evstart
