"An error occurred while searching." in read only mode SmartConsole R81.10 rulebase.

After a recent backup, when in read only mode, users get an error when they use the search function. This doesn't happen when in read/write. I've tried deleting and creating the users again to no avail.

Any tip will be very much appreciated.
