policy got deleted from firewall

We did policy disable in the MUM FW last night then pushed the policy , After some time observed one of the policy was not there and it was removed from policy packages.  Now we want know how and when it has been removed..any lead?

I assume by policy, you mean a rule in the policy layer/package.
There are audit logs in Logs and Monitor that will show you who changed what.
You will have to bring up that specific view as it will not show by default by tapping the plus tab along the top and clicking on the appropriate view.

Aside from the Audi Logs, depending on the version you are running you can also run the Changes report [available by default in R81 and as an Extension over JHF in R80.40]

Go to - SmartConsole > Manage & Settings > Sessions > Revision 

Select a Revision that you noticed the rule is missing and apply - Actions > Changes - and select the relevant comparison you want.
