no audit log in the management server

Hi All,

 

I would like to know if anyone was facing my current issue before (management server didn't create audit log file at all for a long time).

However, the management server still able to receive traffic logs from those firewalls as usual so far.

 

The management server is R80.40 with Jumbo Hotfix take 94 and it is in VM form.

 

It will be much appreciated if someone can share the solution or some advise on how to start the investigation for this kind of issue.

Start with upgrading: Released on 07 March 2021 and declared as Recommended on 14 March 2021

+R80.40 is End of Life

Agree with Lesley, please upgrade due to unsupported version. Otherwise, maybe try install database/reboot mgmt.
