managed checkpoint host object not appear on Gateways&Servers tab

Hi all,

The env is: smart-1 410, R80.10 T56, management HA. two clusters and two single gateways managed by them.
Login using smartconsole into secondary management server is very rare, as our customer said.

Now I tried login into secondary one to find out only a one single gateway and one cluster member out of two clusters present in Gateways&Servers tab.
I can confirm they all, including non-present ones, are SIC-communicating with management servers by SIC status and logging activities.

In my understanding servers in management HA have same database of management information.
There is no way intentionally done this.

Due to it, secondary management server cannot choose gateways not appearing on Gateways&Servers as policy installation target.
How can I solve this?
Even no idea why this happens..

It sounds like your management servers aren't sync'ing properly. If you check the Management High Availability option in the main menu (top left of SmartConsole) you can force a sync.

Beyond Emma's suggestion we strongly suggest updating from R80.10 which is EOL and no longer supported (since early 2022).
