indexer crashing R81

Hello, 

we got an environment that Mgmt and log server installed in different  location and all the required ports reachability are fine . during the  implementation  observed indexer services not getting started and  keep crashing and unable to view the logs through  smartconsole or smart view . followings error observed in the indexer logs. Kindly advice

To confirm is this R81 or R81.x and is there any JHF (Jumbo) applied to these systems?

R81.10 take 110 , already  TAC case is running  and almost one year still no resolution
