how many rules are supported

Is there any official documents to point "how many rules are supported" in SMS or SMB ?

Hi,

there is afaik no limitation of number of policy rules but there are several reasons to avoid having huge rulebases.

• Rulebase handling will be more and more difficult
• Policy installation wil take longer and longer
• Firewall performance may be affected negatively, especially if the rulebase is not optimized
