First you should upgrade to a supported release.
Regardless of version, this requires Application Control and/or URL Filtering to be enabled.
For HTTPS URLs, HTTPS Inspection must also be enabled to get full URLs.
Then, for the relevant rules in the App Control policy, you need to set the track to "Complete Log" (equivalent to "Extended Log" in R8x) which will get all the URLs accessed.

thanks PhoneBoy for the swift response, actually, under the Application Control and URL Filtering - HTTPS inspection -policy at attached in the images, could not see the extended log or complete log to enable it under the track. my objective is to https accessed URLs under the resource property.CHKPT-IM.png

That’s not something you can enable in the HTTPS Inspection policy, which only controls whether the traffic is man-in-the-middled or not.
You have to do it in the Application Control policy.

HTTPS Inspection works significantly better in more current releases (R80.30 and above) and I highly recommend upgrading.

It's covered in the relevant R80.x Install and Upgrade Guide.
The current widely recommended release is R80.40.
