external syslog not receiving logs on 81.10

we have external syslog server but we are facing frequent issue on the logs ,its not received from the checkpoint product ,lease be advice how to fix and how to verify that issues..sms version is 81.10

Some additional information would be great and the same will be needed for a TAC case where required.

- What Jumbo hotfix is used on the Management?

- What is the far end (SIEM) and what do you see in a packet capture?

- How is syslog configured - Logexporter (which log format?) or other method?
