error "-indicator in row 2 has less fields than expected"

Hi. 

I´m working with the .csv file, which contain 7 fields: 

UNIQ-NAME, VALUE, TYPE, CONFIDENCE, SEVERITY, PRODUCT, COMMENT

But I have a message of error "-indicator in row 2 has less fields than expected"

I have reviewed the file and I can't find any errors, can someone help me.

ADMIN NOTE: I moved your post into a separate thread, as you were asking in a very old one, and most probably irrelevant.

To import an external IOC file, you need to use Check Point template from sk132193

Just use format I attached, apart from wildcard, that does not work.
