custom web site on https inspection

Hello 

my issue is i want to create bypass rule via websites(FQDN) on Https blade

when i create custom app/site , i use it on https blades. However i cannot access web sites

but i turn off https inspection ,i access to web sites

Perhaps the site performs redirect when you are accessing it?
