cpsizeme script on production gateway
Dear all,
I know cpsizeme is a lightweight script for measuring the performances during a time period.
Is it 100% safe to run cpsizeme script on production's gateway and would not cause any service impact?
Is there any known limitations or drawbacks that need to take caution?
We would like to measure the peak throughput and performance on customer's production gateway.
P.S. I have read SK88160.
Thank you all!

Hi,
It is safe to run cpsizeme on a production gateway, I've never seen any impact or noticeable load caused by it.
In fact what the script does is assemble information that's already being collected anyway (sar, cpview, ..) and turns it into an exportable format.
Kr,
Nick
