cprid_util -server X.X.X.X getarch commands output unknown

The commands

cprid_util -server <IP of firewall> getarch

outputs gaia on many firewalls we managed but also unknow for some of them since the last Jumbo Hotfix R81.10 T87 on our management servers.

I need to use CDT but this error is not selecting firewalls with "unknow" response as candidates so I cannot run CDT.

I finally found the solution to my problem,

I need to reinstall policy on firewall and restart cprid_util service on firewall :

run_cprid_restart

Had lab with that jumbo, but had to be deleted, so cant test sadly, apologies : (. However, I did test on R81.20 mgmt server and it did work, so you may want to get in touch with TAC to see what gives.

Expert@QUANTUM-MANAGEMENT:0]# cprid_util -server 172.16.10.205 getarch

I could be mistaken when I say this, but I believe that command should only be done on mgmt server, but maybe someone else can confirm. Btw, I get same on my R81.20 fw

[Expert@quantum-firewall:0]# cprid_util -server 172.15.10.205 getarch
unknown
[Expert@quantum-firewall:0]# cprid_util -server 172.15.10.203 getarch

[Expert@quantum-firewall:0]# cpinfo -y fw1
