cp_Log_exporter no forwarding regurlarly since upgrading from R80.30 to R81.10

We have recently upgraded our SmartCenter Management Server from R80.30 to R81.10 using Advanced method and I have restored the backup of the Log exporter using the solutions from sk127653. However, since the upgrade, the log exporter doesn't seem to be forwarding traffic on a constant basis. 

 

I did the cp_log_export reconf and restart commands but the issue still persist.

 

Can you please help.

Can you elaborate? Does it forward traffic at all? If yes, give details.

It forward the traffic but it stop 10 to 15 minutes after and then I do cp_log_export restart to make it work again for another 10 minutes so it's not working constantly
