can't get access to smart 1 600s after upgade jombo fix for 81.2

Hi

I performed a remote upgrade of a Smart-1 600S with a hotfix for version R81.20. The automatic reboot was triggered, but now I can't ping it anymore.

What steps are performed? We need to know if you don't performed a clean install. Was it inplace upgrade or? 

You can select ''clean install' or ''upgrade'' when selecting the R81.20 version

Since its mgmt only, there would be no initial policy to inadvertantly block it. Do you have LOM access as Emma asked?
