From what can find then refers to BIOS.

Is the system set to use UEFI or BIOS.  Looking at HP Servers then needs to be BIOS and disable Processor X2APIC Support, Disable HyperThreading

Make sure that using either R80.20 3.10 Kernel or R80.30 3.10 Kernel ISO as those what supported.

Going to be settings in the BIOS/UEFI however other then that then cannot tell you more.

What specific image are you using to install it with?
It is only supported with R80.20 and above as a management server.
I suspect it will also work with the R80.20/R80.30 3.10 images.

We try two different ISO, 77.30 and 80.30

Check_Point_R80.30_T200_Security_Gateway.iso and Check_Point_R77.30_Install_and_Upgrade_T5.Gaia.iso

If you look on the HCL

      https://www.checkpoint.com/support-services/hcl/

      Then the R740 is supported

      Capture.PNG

Will see is R80.20 and R80.30 with 3.10 kernel and the R80.20 MR1, R80.20 and R80.30 for Management

Your Video shows an R80.10 installation attempt
