Guys,
I want to use SecurID for Administrator access to Smardashboard (R77.30). Each administrator is already defined in SmartDashboard as as a regular user and is currently using SecurID (which integrates with AD) for remote access.
I can't create another user with the same name, so I'm in a conundrum where the only option I can see is using a different username for each admin which will then require additional users being created on AD or RSA, which will in turn require each admin to get another PIN+Token.
Is this something that has been encountered before by anyone? If so, what was the solution; and am I missing anything in my understanding of how this is supposed to work?
