Maestro Madness
Hi,
I try to upgrade one og my management server from R80.10 to R80.20M2 version, but I get an error "Upgrade to this version is prohibited. Use clean install"
see attached files.
Seems similar to this sk:
But the metadata file is not empty for me...
Someone already get this issue and have a solution/idea ?
Thanks,
Arthur
Solved by deleting old metadata files (see screenshot).
Thanks for the help anyways 🙂
Hi Arthur,
Did you download the package from the Cloud or import it manually?
Thanks
Tal
Hi,
Thanks for the answer.
I import the package manually. I get the same issue with R80.20 general release...
Hi Arthur,
Did you download this ISO titled:
Check_Point_R80.20.M2_T37_Security_Management_Install_and_Upgrade.tgz
(from this link or through the Upgrade Wizard)
Thanks
Tal
Yes this file, from the upgrade wizard.
I already use the same file for an upgrade with another customer, the file itself is working fine.
Thanks,
Arthur
