Uninstall hotfix wrapper management server

Hi,

I'm trying to uninstall a hotfix added to Take 79 before installing Take 89. The server are not able to uninstall package with the following error message: 

Uninstall_Last_Take of package fw1_wrapper_HOTFIX_R81_20_JHF_T79_222_MAIN_GA_FULL.tgz Failed

Backup file not found.

Contact Check Point Technical Services for further assistance.

Any help is appreciated! I'm new to Check Point, please provide details for resolving issue. CCSA level knowledge.

This needs to be done before sunday morning, so I'm in a bit of a hurry 😄

I tried taking a local backup too, but didn't resolve the issue.

Why do you need to uninstall before applying a newer HFA?

Since it's resolved in Take 89, there's no need to have it installed. The verify process for T89 is failing due to "Installed hotfixes are missing from this package". Don't know if it's correlated, but I thought it might.

You do not need to remove take 79 in order to install 89.

You install 89 on top of take 79.
