R82.10 and Rationalizing Multi Vendor Security Policies
Hello,
I've been using SmartConsole R81.10 on Win11 , recently i've upgraded the mgmt server to R81.20 and installed SmartConsole R81.20 as well.
Since then, I am unable to start the R81.20 SmartConsole, seeing this in event viewer:

Exception Info: System.IO.FileNotFoundException
at log4net.Util.SystemInfo.GetAppSetting(System.String)

I have another VDI workstation with win10 , with SC R81.10 installed, I installed R81.20 on that machine as well, and the same thing happens there.
I've tried different versions of R81.20, as well as the portable version, nothing works.
A difference which might be related between R81.10 and R81.20 is the log4net.dll version which is higher in R81.20 .
Im in desperate need of assistance.
