Unable to fetch sam rules

Hi all, 

We are facing an issue regarding the sam rules. 

We have 20 gateways managed via 1 mgmt server, but when trying to watch/fetch (or even push) the sam rules of the gateways, some of them show this message : Unable to fetch Suspicious Activity Rules from the following modules (see attached picture 01.png)

When capturing trafic on port 18183 (while trying to fetch sam rules), the distant gateway seem to be communicating on the SAM API port (in both directions). (See attached picture 02.png)

I would contact CP TAC for help - the provided screenshots do not help much...
