Unable to add a secondary SMS in SmartConsole in R81.10

Dear Team,

I am trying to add a second SMS server, but I get the following error message and cannot add it.

• environment
  • Smart-1 S600 R81.10
• background
  • I'm trying to add the second Smart-1 server.
    - that has been deleted because it failed to set up once.
  • The operation to add is based on this URL.
• Status
  • The following message is displayed in step 8 of the above URL.
    
  • At that time, an error message including the following was output to [/opt/CPsuite-R81.10/fw1/log/cpm.elg]

Contact TAC - it is dangerous to change SMS database, so this needs expert help...

I would also advice contacting TAC.

The only other option - if no other significant changes were made - is to revert to one of the previous Revisions you have, before the Secondary object was first added.

Sadly, it seems that it cannot be reverted if the Log server is modified or abolished...

We decided to initialize it.
