''There are no logs servers available, check your configuration''

I've recently started to administer a productive environment with the following SPECS:

I have 2 checkpoint firewalls in cluster active passive with the following specs:

The sms server is configured correctly, i can see that the logs are being forwarded but the error ''There are no logs servers available, check your configuration'' appears when i try to switch to LOGS and monitor in the smartconsole. I 've read almost every article already posted to this error, and nothing has helped me, the only one i managed to find something similar is: https://community.checkpoint.com/t5/Management/quot-No-log-servers-available-quot-error-in-SmartCons...

 

Ive checked :https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk169018 It says theres 2 solutions (the old one and the one added by the user) But the only solution available is to copy the missing folder from another working sms. It seems the old one got deleted or updated. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance
