I have a Check Point 3100 R80.10 device. When installing the update, I get the error every time:

The 'csh' shell is configured incorrectly

Configuration error.

Can anyone help solve the problem?

R80.10 is End of Support.
Recommend upgrading to a supported release.

Regarding sk176123, using find / -name .CPprofile * shows:
/tmp/.CPprofile.sh
/var/opt/CPshrd-R80/tmp/.CPprofile.sh
/var/opt/CPshrd-R80/tmp/.CPprofile.csh
/var/opt/CPshrd-R80/conf/.CPprofile.sh
The csh file is only one and in the solution given for sk176123 there are two. For this reason, files cannot be replaced.
