Hello,
I would like to know if there is a way to export a list that appears in some section of the SmartView Monitor, for example, in the Users > User by Gateway section.
I see that there is an option called Export View but it appears inactive.
I want to export the list of c2s in User>User by Gateway
If Identity Awareness is used and Remote Access is one of the configured Identity Sources, you should be able to get a list of users connected (though not just Remote Access users) with pep show user all.
Based on Office Mode address range, you should be able to figure out which users are connected via Remote Access.
Sorry if this may sound like a silly question (though will double check in my lab tomorrow), but do you have monitoring blade enabled on the gateway?
Andy
The gateways have monitoring blade enabled

Is it possible to export this list from the SmartView Monitor?
I would like to export, if possible, the list that appears under Users > Users by Gateway to a csv file.
If it were possible to do so, I suspect the menu option you reference would be enabled.
As it is not, I provided an alternative way to get the same information.
I was not able to do any export but with this command I managed to get the list of current VPN c2s connections
Hey Jennifer,
Sorry, totally forgot about responding this morning, apologies. I just tested it in my lab and if you create custom report, export view is available and once you export it, you get html download file, which gives you nice vew of the settings. Now, I had not figured out if this is possible ONLY for specific things, but will check after.
Andy
It seems to be with specific views because I just made one and the option to export does not appear enabled.
If you make custom one for traffic view (as an example), option is there. Thats what I tested in the lab.
Andy
I created this custom view, which I indicate in the image, then I right click but I don't see any export option
I tested that as well, but does not give option to export. I think those reports have that limiation.
Andy
What is the goal? Get overview of VPN clients? A report? And of what?
I think this is not possible in Smartview Monitor, but maybe there are other ways.
For example this SmartConsole extension to see connected VPN clients.

You can also use SmartEvent for reports.
