SmartEvent R80.10 can only read Threat logs but not Access (Traffic) logs

Hello, I currently installed a dedicate SmartEvent R80.10 to read logs from R77.30 SmartLog servers. I am facing some issues, the SmartEvent can only see part of the firewall logs but not all. It seems to only read the threat logs but not others. Some access logs were missing. Can it be SmartEvent limitation? Does anyone know the solution to fix this issue? Thank you.

As far as I know this should not be a limitation.

Have you engaged with the TAC, by chance?
