SmartConsole cannot connect to the standalone

I have a standalone device at a branch office connected to the head office via a site-to-site VPN, with confirmed internal network connectivity between both locations. I can access GAIA via HTTPS, but SmartConsole cannot connect to the standalone device. What could be the issue?

Hi @jimmychuang

Here you can find the ports: https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk52421

The SmartConsole traffic is allowed?

I would start with basic aspects:

Administrator defined properly (cpconfig)

GUI Clients defined properly (cpconfig)

Check that the policy is not the issue by unloading it if possible (fw unloadlocal)

Try connecting from a host in the same network or branch

Check if Web SmartConsole can connect properly
