Smart-1 410 migration to VMWare

Hi Folks,

We have an existing pair of 410 appliances used for Management and SmartEvent and are looking to migrate these to a VM infrastructure like VMWare, based on this post (https://community.checkpoint.com/t5/General-Management-Topics/Migration-Management-server-from-smart...) I know its possible and fairly easy but I'm struggling to find specifications for deploying the appliances into VMWare, is there a conversion sheet for the 410's for the required specs's in VMWare (vCPU, RAM DISK etc)?

Appreciate the help here,

Regards

Nick

You can start with the hardware specs on the 410 itself as a minimum and move up from there.
You may also wish to review the following thread and the SK mentioned therein: https://community.checkpoint.com/t5/General-Management-Topics/R80-20-mgmt-VM-in-VMware/td-p/46915
