Sendmail on R80?

Does anyone have sendmail working in R80 in Global Properties?  Following the syntax according to sk25941 but doesn't appear to be working.

Not sure if there is a test that can be run from MDS CLI.  Please advise.  Thanks

There is also discrepancies between the help file and various SK articles.  The subject either has no quotes, single quote or double quotes and neither work.
