First of all, it’s not clear WHERE you are trying to delete the self-signed certificate on what product/version/JHF.
Please be as explicit as possible with screenshots if necessary.
Second, you cannot simply delete a self-signed certificate without replacing it with something else, else the relevant part of the product won’t function.
