Secondary SMS /opt/CPInstLog/DIlogs file consuming spcae

File in /opt/CPInstLog/DIlogs is being created every few mins and was consuming bulk of our space. TAC managed to identity it and also delete around 40 G of da_installer.log files which was the main reason for root partition consumption.

I was recommended to follow the sk165653 which I have already done, and the issue still persists.

Anyone in the community facing similar issue or have faced in the past ?

Personally, never faced that myself, but a shot in the dark, as they say...is it possible there is some sort of cron job that could be causing this? When did it start?

No cron job. Started from last year TAC investigating

If it started last year when they investigated it seems to me they might have open debug mode and didn't turn it off.

Try using this SK to turn it off: https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk92449
