Hi everyone
I am having trouble determining the process that is causing the high cpu load on the checkpoint, is there any way to do this?

Have you already used tools such as "top" , "cpview" and "hcp" unsuccessfully?

I tried but still don't understand the cause of high CPU load, Do you have any way to tell if it's due to a rule or an object?

Typically rules or objects wouldn't create load on the Management server (SMS) in that way.

Please clarify what device has the high CPU and what features are currently enabled and the version/JHF level?

It might be easier to open a case with TAC support and provide them with a "cpinfo" output to analyze etc.

what if CPU load is high on GW, is there any way I can identify that process? And I need to identify it to be able to fix it.

You can start with the below, otherwise we will need more info to help guide you.

It would be great if you could give me some documentation to help me identify those issues.

Can you detail the machine specifications - CPU type, Number of Cores and RAM?

What is the version/JHF level of your SMS?
What commands did you use to use to attempt to diagnose the problem and what exact output did you receive?

Note that we've done a number of troubleshooting sessions as webinars on CheckMates.
Might be worth your time to review these two recent ones:
