I have upgraded SMS from R80.30 to R81.10 on aws cloud platform . Earlier we have tried to upgrade it , but unable to do so.Our Activity was failed due to low disk space . Space on splat_lv_current disk around 6 GB and upgrade package file was around 3.5 GB , Inspite of that the activity got failed .
we came to know that disk space is very low of splat_lv-current disk and then we have removed some old logs files .Under below mentioned directory where n amount of logs saved .
/opt/CPInstalog : Logs like DDR , Updatepackage.log etc .
Disk space freed up to 8 GB plus , Then we again went ahead with the activity and finally we have upgraded the SMS from R80.30 to R81.10 the latest version .

it took me more than 2 weeks of hard work to accomplished this . But finally we taste the success with numerous calls and night spent on the issue .
