Running MDSM (MDM) and MDLS (MLM) on different versions

Dear Checkmates,

Does anybody have any idea how long you can run with the Multi-Domain Log Server running on the old R81.10 version after you have upgraded your Multi-Domain Security Management to R81.20?

Very clearly you have to upgrade the management first but the crux of my question is how quickly do I need to ensure my log server is completed?

Thanks for any idea/help on this interesting little topic.

Assuming your GWs are still on old versions, you will be able to collect and analyze logs if MLM is one version behind your MDSs. However, you do want to lift MLM machines to the same version as MDSs at your earliest convenience.

FYI, I was able to get both the MDM & MLM upto R81.20 this weekend with a lot of time and file copying.
