Reg: firewall status error in secondary management

We have a active/ passive management servers for High available which is running on 81.10 and active mgmt on DC and passive mgmt on DR zone.

Also we have a seperate gateways in DC and DR zones. When I login to DC mgmt servers all the gateways status shows fine. But if logon to passive management server all the gateways firewall status shows error. Even I've changed the passive mgmt to activate to check the status of gateways.

Can anyone help me on this doubt.

Contact TAC to work on Management HA Sync ! I do prefer virtualized SMSs as Management HA (learned from my past experiences) does break easily...

Hi - after switching the Secondary Management Server to Active did you install policy on the Security Gateways?

If not is this something you can try? it might take a minute or two for the status to change.
