Reassign global policy in MDS
hi can anyone tell me how to review my global policy in MDS?
we are going for the upgrade to R81.10 and the verifier utility has told me that i need to reassign global policy to our primary domain . (just not sure of the overall implications and don't want to break anything)
current ver is R80.40.
thanks,

Open SmartConsole to MDS level, go to global assignments and check if your policy is up to date (probably not since you got this validation error). Reassign on domains and try again. See attached.

You'll need to log into your Global domain and review the security policy there. The security policy there typically gets added to the top of the assigned domain's rulebase (the placeholder entry is where the policy configured within the domain goes).
