Re-using Widgets and Views

After customizing a widget or a view, is there a way to save & import those into other views and reports?  I’ve worked on getting a View the way I want it to look, and would like to incorporate that View as one page in a new Report.  Same thing when I customize a Widget that I’d like to re-use in multiple Views.
