R81.20 Scheduled multi policy install slower than R81.10

After the upgrade to R81.20 Management I noticed that scheduled policy installs are slower. They are no longer happening in Parallel but serially.

Lets say I have CMA-1 with 10 firewalls in there all with different policies and a scheduled job to install all 10 at 1:00 PM.

In R81.10, I had a job would kick off and they would all start pushing at the same time and complete in about the same time it would take 1 policy to install.  Lets say 4-5 min.

Now after the upgrade to R81.20 all of those policies install serially. One at a time. So now something that took 5 minuets to happen now takes an hour.

Anyone else notice this or am I imagining things? Any fix?

I never noticed such behavior when I had mds lab. Also 2 customers I worked with did not have that issue either. I would try install recommended jumbo, if mo luck, would do policy debug or contact TAC.
