R80.30 smartconsole still display chinese although I set language to english

Dear

      My win10  system language is chinese,when i login r80.30 smartconsole,it display chinese although i set it to english in "Management&setting--Preferences-->language".

     When i set win10 system language to english,smartconsole also display english.

how to i can set smartconsole language still english without changing the system language,thanks!
