R80.10 Clone feature is not working

When I try to clone a template to a new policy; test, nothing gets cloned. And the test policy page, shows (placeholder for domain rules       no domain rules). If I just create a new test policy, the page shows as (parent rule for domain's policy      domain layer). Any ideas?

I'm not understanding what you're saying.

Screenshots of what you're doing and what you're seeing would be very helpful.

this is what it looks like if I use clone feature. Nothing gets cloned and I can't even create any policies after line 3

If I just create a new policy, this is what it looks like.

So you're cloning a policy at the MDS level?

Tomer Sole‌ any thoughts?

Yes, it used to work, but somehow clone is not working any more. Anything below the line3 can't get cloned.

If you want to change the global policy that is assigned to a domain, you have to edit your MDS Global Assignment and change from the existing policy name to the one that you cloned it to. Then choose to re-assign.

Changing the name of the global policy that gets assigned to all policies in a particular domain is something that you need to do manually following the clone operation.

no no, I am not change my global policy, I just tried to clone some policies from a template. However, it doesn't clone anything, any layers or rules under line 3 did not get cloned.
