R77.30 Upgrade failure

I am trying to upgrade a SMS from R77.30 to R80.40. I downloaded the upgrade tools for the older versions and ran through the upgrade verification. After fixing the errors, I am having issues getting it upgraded. I have tried doing both an advanced upgrade (exporting - installing a fresh install with JHFA 67 - import) as well as an in-place upgrade. I have also tried upgrading to R80.30 and R80.10 just in case. When looking at the $CPDIR/log/migrate-date-time.log file, the upgrade always shows the following:

When doing the advanced upgrade this output was seen:Error during advanced upgradeError during advanced upgrade

Has anyone seen this, and if so, how did you work around it?

Can you run da_cli collect_logs and send me the file? I will consult with various R&D owners.

Thanks Liat - I have created a secure share folder and invited you to it to get the files.

Doing a cpm debug we ended up finding out there was a corrupt user. We deleted the user and the upgrade seems to be good now.
